Structure

Quality inspection of steel structures is essential to ensure that fabrication and installation meet the specified standards and project requirements. The inspection typically covers material identification, dimensions, welding quality, surface condition, and coating. Welds are checked by visual inspection and, when required, by NDT methods such as UT, MT, or PT. Dimensional inspection is performed to verify alignment, straightness, level, and tolerances according to approved drawings and applicable standards. All inspection results should be properly documented and any nonconformities should be corrected before final acceptance.
